Wibble Wobble!
2017 was the year of the panna cotta! This gelatin-based dessert has come in all shapes, colours and sizes, served in some of the most beautifully plated dishes we’ve ever seen.
From sweet to savoury (pea flavour…just trust us!), you can tell a good panna by the way it wobbles. It should look similar to Beyonce’s booty, just FYI.
